We offer worldwide free shipping, from our HongKong warehouse via post air mail. All handlings fees are on us as well.

Standard Shipping Time

Customers residing in the United States, Canada, Western & North Europe and Australia will receive their orders in two to three weeks by free shipping.
Those living in other destinations should expect to receive their products in a few more days.

Faster Shipping Time

  • Expedited Shipping is optional by DHL, FeDex, EMS, UPS and TNT.
  • Customers from North America and Western & North Europe just need to pay only US$35.99 per order to ensure one week delivery time.
  • Please NOTE that physical address and valid phone numbe​​r would be needed for Expedited Shipping.

For only USD$2.99, your order will be 100% secured and we will provide you with a convenient tracking number.

Taxes Issue:

We do not add any tax onto your purchase, but it will be your responsibility (as the buyer) to cover custom duty fees or taxes when your order arrives in your country.

Warranty Policy

All products carry a 1-year warranty from the day you receive the product. 2 or 3 years warranty plan is also available for purchase.
You have rights to have it repaired, replaced or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably loss or damage.

  • 30 days money back guarantee, if the product still works well but it can’t meet your satisfaction, you could return for refund or replacement within 30 days after the day you receive the product. Return freight will be covered by you.
  • In the first 30 days, if the product doesn’t work, you have rights for repair, replacement and refund (including full and partly refund). We’ll cover the shipping cost in reasonable budget.
  • After 30 days but up to one year (some product may even have 2 or 3 year warranty), if it doesn’t work, you have rights for repair. But refund after 30 days is unacceptable. We will provide you with a free labor and free parts, but you should be responsible for shipping cost.
  • After one year (some product has 2 or 3 year warranty), if it doesn’t work, you still can send it back for repair. We are happy to provide free labor. But parts and shipping fee should be responsible to you.

Note:

  • The warranty shall be voided if there is any damage to the goods due to lightning strike, power surge, misuse, tampering, breakage, liquid spills, shocks or falls.
  • Claim for full refund after 30 days is rejected. Hence, please check your order once receiving product.
  • You will pre-pay freight charges to return the order. We will credit back the shipping cost to you after return product received.
  • For product returned for refund or replacement, it must be sent together with all accessories. Otherwise, we don’t accept refund or replacement. If necessarily, we will charge you extra money as depreciation fee.
  • RunCam will fully support their product for the entire warranty period, but we cannot provide support for third party software, over which we have no control in its use or design.
  • Goods capable of storing user-generated data may experience a loss of data during repair process.
  • All RunCam warranties are limited to the original purchaser only and are not transferable to any other party.
  • Returns will be rejected unless clearly marked with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number supplied by the RunCam.com.

Product Return

  • Returns must comply with our warranty policy.
  • To return a product to RunCam, request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from RunCam prior to returning the product. Product without an RMA number will be rejected.
  • All claims must be made on the Returns Authorization Form. The form is available below. Please fill in the form with all details required and submit it to us. We will need about 1-2 business days to process your request. Once your return request authorized, you will receive a unique RMA number and returning instructions. Please write the RMA number and shipping address on the outer shipping box/envelop and send it back to us.
  • When you ship out the product, please upload the postal receipt on our website. We will arrange a repair/replacement/refund for you after product received.
