First and foremost, I rate this as 4.9 star. Coming from Rotor Riot 1 and Split 2, I purchase Eagle 2 together with Rotor Riot 2 for my new builds. First impression? It's very clear. Details are much improve especially dark object under shadows. I always fly late in the afternoon until dusk. Flying at dusk time, It always amaze me whenever I land my quad and remove my googles; it's already dark but my FPV feed is like late dawn. Reason I choose this over Eagle 3 and Eagle 3 Pro is the lux sensitivity (minimum illumination). It should have been a 5 star if it has a built in mic since I prefer flying with audio, but that's been taken care of already with separate mic. Other than that, it's best FPV cam I've use. If only I could swap my Rotor Riot 2 with another Eagle 2.

Simply the best camera for fpv.
You cant miss your shot with this camera.

Excellent camera. Just 1 remark. Gain should be lowered to 0 to avoid screen whitening when doing loops and rolls on sunny day. But having gain adjusted to 0 means poor performance in low light conditions. Otherwise I'm very satisfied.
Suggestion: maybe Runcam can add an option at purchase to pay additional fee in order to avoid customs procedures for buyers in Europe. Many online stores has this arranged.

Clean picture easy to set up

Very nice and realistic picture. I turned the brightness up a bit from the default 36 to 44 using the OSD. This was just for my personal preference. It's a slightly softer picture than the Swift 2, but in some ways better for that.

With 2 tweaks in the menu this is by far the best runcam I have ever had!

Good in graphic quality, 16:9, high Lux for night flying, it will always my best choice.
There is a minor white screen problem, but it can be easily solved by changing a setting.

This cam is amazing. Dive into the shadows and you can see whats there before you're under the trees. Look out from the shadows and the sun lit area is clear as day, not washed out white. Have seen a few white flashes while doing flips, the only time its happened. Took some fine tuning to get the image to my liking but settings worked great on the 2 I own. Highly recommend.

My goggles use a 16 x 9 aspect and I need you to camera to match the goggles. I researched all of the other brands and chose the Eagle 2. This camera is awesome, the lighting and image is so clear, I will be changing all my quads to this camera

Best camera for fpv right now. I can't think of anything that I want that this doesn't have.

I'm extremely impressed with the picture quality of this camera. The colors and detailed image are the best I've experienced from an fpv camera. I haven't noticed any latency issues, and I love the red anodizing of the camera.

WDR is amazing on this cam, but (like the Eagle 1) it does experience white-outs during flips in some lighting conditions (overcast or sunset). Lens is passable, but I upgraded to 2.5 mm GoPro style. I did also have to turn down sharpening in the OSD to remove shimmer. Otherwise nice minor improvements over the Eagle 1.
