A good product with some specific issues

If runcam creates runcam 4k to runcam scopecam 4k (if you know what I mean) conversion kit that will be perfect!!!I give you five stars and hope you will listen and make it real!!! Well, the price is good, however I wish it was lower for such product. Why dont just create runcam scopecam with 4k? It will be covered and in case of hit by bbs, the lens will be safe. In this particular version, if you get hit in the lens, you can not buy it from runcam anymore, and also you can not buy a new case if it breaks. Another problem is that if you want a spare battery-runcam simply denies to send it. There were missing parts from the package, and as runcam said the items were confused with scopecam, rail adapter and aluminium case were missing, however runcam send me missing items very quckly,which is good. Another problem is that you can not use the focus out of the box,you have to change it, and to do that, you have to dissasemble the whole camera, unlock the lens holder, find your focus, and then lock it back again. I wish it had a runcam scopecam casing, good focus out of the box, spare batteries, lenses, lens protectors. Also when I inserted the camera into aluminium casing, the casing was so tight it scratched the camera case. Overall, camera is very good, but there are some issues to be fixed.
